We have rolled out a new global DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) curriculum, offering more than 50 online courses. To maximise accessibility, courses are available in multiple languages using subtitles and closed captions. We are proud to have graduated 250 leaders in unconscious bias training globally. And, we’ve made pay equity a regular practice to ensure we’re on par with comparable markets.
